LHH is having a Veteran’s Day parade and family time at the Ike in West Monroe Saturday, on November 12 . Starting at 9 a.m. There will be vendors , free food , jumpers for the little ones and all kinds of patriotic things . We are honoring veterans plus trying to get more children involved in being patriotic. If anyone or any group would like to help or be in parade .
Freedom isn’t free. But on this day, everything here is! There is no charge for anything. Help show veterans we appreciate them. Come join in.
Starting @ 9am under the giant American Flag (tent area) you will enter for flags, balloons, tattoos & treats. You can drop off a toy for tots with the marines! Kids check out the jumpers or the Jaws of Life. Adults music by Southern Grace & some awesome American veterans. Then 10:45 line up parade route with all your goodies, lawn chairs , camera’s, & show some American Patriotism. Leave your goodies in your car & come back to the Giant Flag (tents) for free food @ drink more music and great American veterans. P.S. Don’t forget your thank you notes “to a veteran”. As always safety first.
