BSCA at the ‘Bone

The Bayou State Crappie Association (BSCA) is hosting their end of year Banquet on the ‘Bone this Saturday.

The group will be headquartered out of Cabin #9 at the D’Arbonne State Park, according to founder and event organizer Brandon Jennings. That’s the first cabin on your left as you enter the cabin drive area.

“We hope to see everyone there,” Brandon said. “We will be having a pot luck style meal, so feel free to bring a dish if you like.”Jennings says you can come early and fish, just hang out and have a good time discussing plans for the BSCA tournaments and other events.

There will also be door prizes. Winning a door prize for a crappie fishermen is just behind getting “thumped” on their favorites list.
