Coutney and Corey Harris with the winning stringer of Bone Bass!

Courtney and Corey Harris with the winning stringer of Bone Bass from Saturday!

If you are wondering if the big bass are still biting at D’Arbonne, wonder no more. Members of the North Central Louisiana Teams circuit made some pretty impressive catches last Saturday on the Bone, led by Courtney and Corey Harris with five fish weighing 21.21 pounds.  That’s some fine winning catch – on any lake!

Ed Pittman and Randy Brister finished second at 15.92 and Robert Massey and Brandon Thrash were third with 14.79. That stringer was anchored by a 5.31 big bass. Kendall Parent and Louis Book were fourth with 14.58, including the tourney’s biggest bass at 5.64.

The top 20 teams in the tournament weighed in more than 250 pounds of bass!

The North Central Team Championship will end the North Central Season and will be a two day event on D’Arbonne in September. Here are the top 10 teams going into the last regular season tournament scheduled for June 15 on the Ouachita River:
