Well, this was an easy question: “Do you want boiled shrimp, crawfish or the ribeye steak?”
I love this time of year and not just because it’s time for the fish to start biting. It’s also the real crawfish season! And I love crawfish. Last weekend, I had my first batch of the spring over at one of our sponsors, Dubach Crawfish Factory and Smokehouse. I went in the back and visited with Crawfish Factory owner Kyle Green as well as Peyton McKinnie, who were prepping the mudbugs for the seasoned boil, piling up the tasty shrimp and searing slab ribeyes on the Big Green egg. After taking a quick look, I knew my answer was:
Yes. I want all three!
