You don’t have to get in the woods to see a bunch of big deer. Just come to the Awards Day for Simmon’s Big Buck Contest Saturday, March 2 in Bastrop. There are more big deer than you can dream of.
And there’s lots more, including the Simmons Cutdown Classic Duck Calling Contest with a $1,000 guaranteed first prize and a Benelli SBE 3 shotgun for the winner!
The calling contest is from 11 a.m – 2:30. Awards will be handed out from 2:30 – 4 p.m. There will be live music, food and drink and deer scoring by Buckmasters.
