History has been made. The first ever Lucas Oil ACT National Champion has been crowned. The father and son team of Charlie and Travis Bunting caught two seven fish limits, 14 fish weighing 17.59 pounds, to claim the $42,400 first prize award. A total of $124,300 was presented to the top teams in the tournament.
Also, congratulations to the B’nM Angler Team of the year Ronnie Kelly Capps and Steve Coleman, SuperClean, B’n’M Poles, Rod Sox Fishing Rod Covers sponsored team. Their dedication to the sport of Crappie fishing has paid off and they took home a new Ranger Boats with an Evinrude on the back!

The 2018 trail will include a tournament stop on the Ouachita River and will culminate with the national championship in the spring of 2019 on Lake D’Arbonne in Farmerville.
