Nature’s fish finder

Screen Shot 2017-08-09 at 8.53.50 AM

There’s gold at the end of that rainbow.  Crappie gold.  But I don’t appreciate Mother Nature drawing everybody a map to that old treetop sunk right out in the middle of nowhere on Lake D’Arbonne.

It seems with all this rain we’ve been having, Mother Nature has been trying give people a break by showing them where to fish. And while I was napping, my neighbor Debbie Brown was out in the backyard taking a picture of it.

Despite several neighborhood volunteers offering to put on their scuba gear and look for “gold”, I’m afraid that all there is out there is a hole.  A crappie hole. But it’s a pretty good one!
