“…Take me some venison…”

I’m proud to be a hunter. I’m proud to believe in the Bible and thankful for the bounty that God has placed here on this earth for us. Hunting and fishing is part of reaping that bounty. And yes, I pray for the lost, spiritually lost and intellectually lost (see above). I’m proud to say that our hunting club is identified by signs marking its boundaries not only with the club name, but with this Bible verse: Genesis 27:3. . .

Genesis 27:3 (King James Version)

“Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison.”
