Big Fourth Weekend on the ‘Bone!

The Fourth of July weekend is always a big one on Lake D’Arbonne, but in addition to the annual Chamber of Commerce Fireworks show on the lake and other activities, there’s more on the “new” Folley Beach. Just a quick note — the fireworks can be observed from just about anywhere and of course, they are free. You do have to pay to watch from Folly Beach, but you also get to take advantage of the music, concessions, etc. Here’s the lowdown on the 3-day beach event:

fourthCELEBRATE INDEPENDENCE AT FOLLY BEACH:

Cost: Per Day
$15 per adult; $10 per child
$50- FAMILY PACKAGE: 2 Adults and 3 or more children

• FUN: SLIDES/BOUNCERS/GAMES/BEACH BEER/WINE-COOLERS
• FOOD: Catfish, Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Corndogs, Philly-Cheese Steak Sandwiches, Soft Drinks, Snow cones

• Bring your lawn chair, blankets and towels
(no ice-chests)
