D’Arbonne bass Majestic once again!

Dropping water levels and the warm weather of summer haven’t stopped the Lake D’Arbonne bass from biting.

The entrants in this past weekend’s annual 24 hour Majestic Bass Tournament, put on by Dale and Gayle Taylor, proved that. the tournament ran from 5:30 a.m. Saturday morning through 7 a.m. Sunday.

Dale Taylor called the catch the “most impressive bunch of fish we have weighed in the history of the Majestic.” The top 40 fish were all over 5 pounds and nine of them went over six pounds.
