The norm in the outdoor world today is bringing home the largest trophy you can whether it be deer, fish, ducks, or even frogs. If your quarry is larger than what most other people can haul in, most people definitely want the world to know.
But Same Chapman is not most people.
Here’s a great interview on the 12-pound bass that Chapman caught, weighed on his personal scales, took a picture with, and then placed back into the dark waters of Lake Darbonne like he does it every day.
He also waited almost a month before ever putting a picture on social media and his girlfriend was the one who did that and the background was blurred out on it as well!
