Talking up UP

Minor Patton with the Union Parish Tourist Commission called Friday and said Rick Godley with Louisiana Road Trip Radio had made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. Rick doesn’t sound much like Marlon Brando, but I got the message. He wanted someone to talk up Union Parish on the Peach 99.3 radio in Ruston Saturday morning. Minor said I was the guy for the job. Rick and I talked about living on Lake D’Arbonne and the great things and people in Union Parish. Talking up all the good things in Union Parish would take an eight hour show, at least!  The lake segment is about 30 minutes long, so grab a cup of java or a Dr. Pepper 10 and I hope you enjoy.
