Battle on the Bonne this weekend

If you like watching fast boats, you don’t want to miss the Deep South Racing Association’s Battle on the Bonne this weekend on Ramp Road on Lake D’Arbonne in Farmerville. Racers from all over the South will be there.

Races will begin between 10-11 a.m. each day. It’s $5 per person to get in with 12-under free at the Ramp Road viewing area. It’s $10 per boat to tie up on the viewing line (no matter how many are in the boat). It’s going to be a bit crazy around Hwy. 33 from the Bridge west to the area near D’Arbonne Pointe and Ludwig’s Marine, so use extra care on the road and in the water.

Have fun and drink plenty of water. It’s going to be fast and it’s going to be hot!
