I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to you for saying last week that I understood first hand what “blustery” meant. Obviously I did not. You had more in mind than the weather channel definition of “boisterous blowing, usually very cold….”
You meant VERY boisterous, right? Monday’s lake lesson on the real meaning of “blustery” was well taken. Four foot waves. . . spray going 5 feet over the seawall. . . more foam on the lakeshore than in an A&W root beer. I get it. I do understand. You can stop now. Okay?
